Suffolk County Council is the designated ‘responsible authority’ leading on preparation of the Suffolk Local Nature Recovery Strategy, with Ipswich Borough Council a defined ‘supporting authority’.
Suffolk County Council is required to seek the approval of all supporting authorities before it may consult the public about the Draft Suffolk Local Nature Recovery Strategy. Ipswich Borough Council has a period of 28 days, prescribed by regulations, in which to respond. This 28 day period ends on 11 February 2025.
