An open procurement process using Suffolk e-sourcing was completed for the services of a contractor to complete an extension and alterations at a property in South West Ipswich.

 

The decision was taken to appoint MixBrow Construction Ltd in the sum of £123,382. This will be funded from existing budgets. The overall tender was evaluated on selection criteria of 70% price and 30% quality.

 

The successful contractor provided the most advantageous tender and was able to demonstrate they had the technical experience to provide the necessary works.
