At its meeting on 14th July Executive considered a revised Medium-Term Financial Plan to address a projected £10m budget shortfall as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic. This Plan included a proposal to save £13,000 through a reduction in the opening times at Crown Car Park. The final decision regarding this was delegated to the Chief Operating Officer.
