To utilise the powers within the Ipswich Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2022 to suspend 3 bays in in Upper Orwell Street North Car Park between Friday the 1st of September 2023 and Saturday the 30th September 2023 to accommodate a temporary security guard office.
