Decision details

The redevelopment of the Hawke Road site which includes redeveloping the play area requires a series of temporary exploratory boreholes to be undertaken.

To enable these works to take place and in accordance with Health &Safety guidance the play area known has Hawke Road will be closed from Monday 4th July for a period no longer than two weeks.

Should the exploratory works be completed sooner the play area will reopen before 17th July 2022.

There will be notices placed on the play area fencing advising uses of the temporary closure.

To close the Hawke Road play area from Monday 4^th July for no longer than two weeks.

Reason:

To enable exploratory works to be undertaken for the redevelopment of the play area.
