Purpose:

Ipswich Borough Council are proposing to carry out Clearance and Making Safe works in relation to enabling works at the old Burtons Warehouse Building on the St Peters Dock Waterfront site in Ipswich.

 

Main Contractor Services are required in order to progress with the delivery of the Works.

 

Following a competitive tendering process, Erith Contractors Ltd have achieved the Most Economically Advantageous bid with a contract sum of £97,325.00 (excl. VAT) which will be funded from existing allocated capital budgets and represents good value for money.

Decision:

To award Main Contractor services to Erith Contractors Ltd.

 

Reason: To allow for the delivery of the Main Contractor services to now be progressed.
