Ipswich Borough Council seeks to appoint a Fundraising Consultant to support the development of Ipswich Museum’s NLHF project.

The Fundraising Consultant will review and update the Fundraising Plan, identifying new sources to supplement those already identified to ensure optimum success. Review the Gift Tables and Campaign Structure. With the support of the museum staff and IBC’s External Funding Officer, the Consultant will complete fundraising applications to identified trusts and foundations and any other appropriate grant giving organisations.

Following a procurement process, the tender that scored highest on the key evaluation criteria for experience, knowledge and programme was submitted by Apollo Fundraising for the sum of £15,000 which will be funded from the existing NLHF development phase budget.

To appoint Apollo Fundraising.

Reason: To progress the Fundraising Plan as an approved purpose of the NLHF project.
