Purpose:

An open procurement process using Suffolk e-sourcing was completed for the services of a contractor to provide windows and doors to council properties that were not completed as part of the 2018/19 planned maintenance programme. Three tenders were received and evaluated.

The contract is for 6 months and the successful contractors (Mitie Property Services) bid was £53,894.29. The overall tender was evaluated on a selection criteria of 80% price and 20% quality.
