The Council requires a regular supply of 140 Litre and 240 Litre plastic wheeled bins for residential and commercial use.
ESPO framework 860_22 for wheeled bins has been selected for immediate supply.
The supplier selected as providing the most economically advantageous solution is - One51 ES Plastics (UK) Ltd with a maximum contract value of £60,000 for 12 months with an agreed order schedule in place quarterly.
This contract will be funded from the existing Capital budget for the supply of wheeled bins.
To award a contract to One51 ES Plastics (UK) Ltd.
Reason:
To enable the Council to continue to supply residents and trade customers with plastic wheeled bins.
