Purpose:

An open procurement process using Suffolk e-sourcing was completed for the services of a contractor to complete brickwork and groundwork repairs to the Councils Housing stock.

 

The decision was taken to appoint Northdown Property Services in the sum of £145,000.00 for a 12 month contract. The overall tender was evaluated on selection criteria of 80% price and 20% quality.
