OD/15/04 Ipswich Garden Suburb - Infrastructure Delivery Plan commission

The commission is considered necessary to resolve the infrastructure delivery issues which are impacting on the progress of the Ipswich Garden Suburb proposals. Funding for this contract has been secured DCLG’s Large Sites Infrastructure Programmes Capacity Fund and developer contributions.

 

Following a procurement process which complied with the Council’s standing orders and involved officers from planning, procurement and consultation with developers, Mott MacDonald have been awarded a contract to deliver the work with a value of £74.5k.
