OD/20/14 Appointment of a Quality Surveyor for the Ipswich Museum NLHF Project

 

 

Ipswich Borough Council seeks to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the development of Ipswich Museum’s NLHF project.

 

The Quantity Surveyor will provide cost management services (inc. a Bill of Quantities) for the Development and Delivery phases of the Ipswich Museum NLHF project, working alongside the professional design team.

 

Following a procurement process, the tender that scored highest on the key evaluation criteria for experience, knowledge, management, programme and social value was submitted by Focus Consultants for the sum of £107,900 which will be funded from the existing NLHF development and delivery phase budget.
