Princes Street Car Park Extension

To propose that the Council’s Off-Street Parking Places Order be amended to incorporate a new temporary public car park that is proposed to be created (subject to planning permission) at the site of 86 to 98 Princes Street.  This would be as an extension to the existing temporary public car park at 100 Princes Street.

If Executive decide to proceed, a statutory consultation on the proposed changes will then follow which will include a public notice at the car park, an advertisement in local newspapers and on the Council’s website.  The determination of any objections will then either be referred back to Executive or considered under delegated powers if Executive so determine.
