On occasions, there is a need to remove asbestos from the Council’s housing stock. This may be during repair or refurbishment works or when maintained/controlled asbestos within properties is in need of removal.
The Council has decided to enter into a new contract for asbestos removal utilising an established and compliant framework agreement with South Eastern Consortium. The intended new contract will commence in December 2019
