Council Tax legislation allows the Council to issue a civil penalty in certain situations when information is not supplied. Currently the Council does not have a policy in place to administer the issuing of penalties.
This report proposes a policy for issuing penalties and requests the Council to adopt the policy from the 1st April 2020.
