Ipswich Borough Council currently owns 28 – 50 Grimwade Street which is a mixture of commercial and residential units. The decision has been made to develop this site.
To complete the surveys required for development, a rear site clearance is required.
A schedule of works has been agreed with our internal client and this has been competitively tendered to three local contractors and the best value bid was received from Mixbrow Construction at £12,604.62.
This is to be funded from the existing allocated capital budget.
