77 Norwich Road has been unoccupied for several months, following abortive works to the property that have resulted in a destabilisation of the building.  Informal approaches to purchase the site are ongoing, however, these are likely to be unsuccessful.  

 

The report will seek Executive approval to either acquire 77 Norwich Road by Private Treaty, or if necessary, by using Compulsory Purchase powers.
