Sheldrake Drive requires the existing site entrance widened, to provide a safer pedestrian entrance and allow separation of vehicular and pedestrian access into the shops & housing around Sheldrake Drive.
The adjacent IBC housing Tenant has agreed to return some of their garden back to IBC, to allow the widening to be achieved.
A schedule of works has been agreed with our internal client and the works have been competitively tendered to three local contractors and the best value bid was received from Mixbrow Constructions at £14,403.39.
This is to be funded from the existing allocated capital budget.
