OD/18/63 Appointment of Land Surveyors, Surveys and Site Investigations

In accordance with (exempt) Executive report E/18/41 the Council requires surveys of the site prior to completing the acquisition. The surveys are:

 

·         topographical survey;

·         on site ground condition and soil resources tests, investigations and surveys;

·         desktop environmental, ecological, sustainability and protected species surveys;

·         drainage, services and utilities surveys;

·         desktop arboriculture impact assessment;

·         desktop flood risk assessment.

 

Following a competitive process, Delta-Simons has been appointed at a cost of £19,060. All surveys will be completed by the end of June
