The provision of Quantity Surveying services to Maintenance & Contracts is essential in enabling the progression of multi-million pound capital works programmes. Previous procurement exercises have failed to provide long term solutions.
It is proposed to use the Council’s membership of the E2 consortium run by Orwell Housing Association to procure this service in the short term on a 12 month fixed term contract at a cost of £73,840.00
