Ipswich Borough Council requires a 12t Refuse Collection vehicle to replace a current vehicle that has reached the end of its useful life.


The Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement – RM6060 has been used to identify suitable vehicles. This framework allows a comparison of vehicle specifications, pricing and selection of the vehicle most appropriate. The best value vehicle was identified at a total cost of £94,680 including the additional options specified.


The decision made was to purchase this vehicle from Daf.
