Ipswich Borough Council are hosting the filming of an episode of the BBC Antiques Roadshow at Christchurch Park over the period of 14th September to Thursday 20th September 2020.

As part of the filming of this episode the BBC would like to film using a drone to show the park from the air. The Production team have submitted a Risk Assessment/ Flight Plan and copies of the permissions granted by the Civil Aviation Authority, in exercise of its powers under articles 94(5) and 95(2)(a) of the Air Navigation Order 2016 (‘the Order’), as amended to the operator of the drone.

To allow the flight of a drone by Jack Coathupe Media on behalf of the BBC Antiques Roadshow, within Christchurch Park and for it to be filming footage for the use of the BBC as part of an episode or episodes of the BBC Antiques Roadshow. This permission is valid for the period of 14th September to Thursday 20th September 2020.

Reason: To allow overhead filming of the park.
