Ipswich Borough Council requires the services of an organisation to conduct face to face surveys with residents in the Council’s sheltered schemes. This is to determine the physical and mental wellbeing of the residents and to obtain feedback on the current sheltered scheme offer as part of the older persons housing review.

Following an open tendering process with the Council receiving two bids, Suffolk Mind has been appointed at a cost of up to £17,501 Start date to be mutually agreed due to the Covid19 pandemic.

Reason: Suffolk Mind submitted the most economically advantageous tender to the Council. It also allows surveys to be covered without delay once the Covid19 pandemic restrictions are lifted.
