Ipswich Borough Council needs to extend the Employers Agent services that Allman Woodcock has been providing in respect of the Crown MSCP project, to enable the construction final account to be concluded and to provide additional professional advice with regards the contract.

Services are now needed for a longer period than that which was originally included in Allman Woodcocks original quote.

Allman Woodcock’s original purchase order for related services amounted to £11,000 (ex. VAT). This needs to be increased to a revised purchase order value of £21,000 (ex. VAT) to cover the additional period of services, now needed.

Appointment was made to Allman Woodcock in 2017. The extended services will be paid for from existing allocated capital budgets.

To extend existing Employers Agent services as currently provided by Allman Woodcock.

Reason: To allow for additional Employers Agent services to be provided by Allman Woodcock.
