Oxford University Museum of Natural History
Dr Darren Mann, Head of Life Collections at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, recently visited Ipswich Museum with a colleague. They are currently working on a national recording scheme and their aim is to make a record of all beetle species recorded in the UK, including those from museum collections.
During their visit to Ipswich the researchers were unable to identify all of the specimens in the collection and as a result need to borrow some to undertake further research.
This request is for 97 beetle specimens from the Morley Collection of Coleoptera.
