Purpose:

Executive have agreed a housing development on a garage site at Widgeon Close Ipswich (Executive Report E/15/04). In order to progress the development a tender process has been undertaken to appoint architects to design the site. The tender process was carried out through the Suffolk e-sourcing system. Six tenders were received and evaluated by the project group. Two were excluded as non-compliant and four were fully evaluated.

 

Having completed the evaluation an order was placed to accept the most economically advantageous tender in the sum of £25,542 with Rees Pryer

The successful supplier provided the most advantageous tender and was able to demonstrate they could supply a range of options within the timescales required.
