Community Support require a supplier to deliver aspects of a Marketing Campaign forming part of the Home Office funded Safer Streets 5 project.

A contract has been agreed with Global Media following exemption approval totalling £20k for delivery between 1st July 24 to 31st March 25.

Global media are the sole source that can deliver aspect that relates to the ability to access Heart radio and specific locations for year 2 of the Safer Streets 5 project. This relates to the access to advertising on a specific radio station which meets the age criteria for the programmes’ target demographic.

A waiver for direct award based on being the sole supplier has been authorised by the Section 151 Officer and approved by legal, finance and procurement teams.

This contract is necessary to meet the delivery requirements for this externally funded programme of work.

To appoint Global Media to deliver the advertising on a specific radio station.
