IBC is required to undertake a business case review to assess the viability of the proposed Stephen Hawking Neuro Centre development.
Following quotations being sought from four consultants with CBRE bidding, Savills declining the opportunity and two further consultants not responding to repeated requests to fee quote.
CBRE has fee quoted to provide health care advisory services to the value of £15,000.
This contract will be funded from existing Capital Budget associated with the Headway Suffolk project.
To award the contract appointment to CBRE for the sum of £15,000.
Reason:
To enable the viability review to be conducted as a matter of urgency and in order to ensure the project is financially viable and is economically in the best interests of the Council.
